These Messaging Terms apply to SMS and MMS programs operated by ManifestQ Studios (“ManifestQ,” “we,” or “us”). Each program schedule below identifies the program name, audience, expected messages, and any additional terms. By affirmatively enrolling, you agree to the master terms and the applicable schedule.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services or using another available response method. Do not enroll a telephone number unless you control it or are authorized to receive messages at that number.

Message frequency varies by program activity. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. ManifestQ does not charge a separate fee merely to receive program texts unless a schedule expressly says otherwise.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by network availability, filtering, device settings, number reassignment, provider rules, or events outside our control.

Reply STOP to opt out of the applicable messaging program. You may receive one confirmation that the opt-out was completed. Reply START to request re-enrollment where supported; renewed consent or authentication may be required. Reply HELP for assistance or email [email protected].

Opting out ends SMS delivery for that program. It does not close your account, resolve an assignment, or stop communications through other channels that you have separately authorized.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle telephone numbers, consent evidence, delivery information, and messaging vendors. You may not use a program to transmit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, confidential, or unauthorized content or to interfere with its operation.

We may suspend messaging to protect users, providers, carriers, ManifestQ, or others from security, abuse, legal, or delivery risk.

We may change or discontinue a program, but a material expansion into a different category of messages may require a new disclosure and consent. Enrollment in one program is not enrollment in every ManifestQ or client messaging program.

Program operator: ManifestQ Studios. ManifestQ PM is a Studio-managed development and testing program.

Audience: Authenticated, explicitly enrolled ManifestQ-authorized testers. The program is not a public marketing list.

Messages: Workflow assignments, response requests, reminders, and status notifications generated through the ManifestQ PM application. Messages do not include promotions or advertisements.

Frequency: Varies with testing activity and assigned workflows.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Consent: SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use of available web or other response methods.
